The Coolest Japanese Restaurant Ever!

This Japanese Restaurant called Kizuna and it is next to takeaway shops 

so from the outside it looks ordinary but that sliding door is magic! 

(This was a last minute decision so the photos are off my phone and not great quality)

And leads you into this large room with a large cherry blossom painting on the wall and an outdoor eating area. It has the coolest atmosphere and the servers are incredibly kind!

Salmon Teriyaki was sooo delicious!

I was busy eating that I forgot to take more photos of the food...

But I will definitely go back and take some proper photos!

Vietnamese Rolls // My Style

For my architecture design paper we are studying food and gastronomy 

and comparing the similarities to architecture! We had to choose a recipe

and take photos to study the process and then embellish on it later.
This is such an easy meal you can put anything in there and it's so healthy!

Opshopping Part I

A day of op-shopping on K Rd (non dodgy side) and there are some really cool retro shops! 

This will be the first of many trips there especially for bday presents!

Of course we started with food to energise us... 

This is a tissue box cover made from magazine pages and I thought 

it was so creative especially because tissue boxes are quite ugly nowadays!

This shop had the coolest home furniture and it gave me

so many ideas for what I want my house to look like!

This part of K Rd is quite cool because there are some really small 

shops but they are packed with the coolest and randomist things!

Small cafe that manages to fit an upstairs in it - will have to go in next time!

I bought a t-shirt from Bread and Butter it was only $12 and they have

the cutest baby clothes and knick-knacks!

This is my purchase from The Third Eye which sells all sorts of jewellery
and smells like incense as soon as you walk in! My friend and I got
elephant pendants to remember the day by!

I was a bit chicken to take photos inside all the shops but I think I will next time!

Really inspired me to make the most of the things I already have 

and do something cool and creative with it!
